Pipe Fabrication
Pipe fabrication is essential to all major mechanical installations to insure the most cost effective solutions.Our knowledge of materials, joining methods and sequencing of work are key components of all our installations and you can count on Shelby Mechanical to bring the latest technologies and best-known construction practices to every project.
Shelby Mechanical is an authorized ASME "PP" stamp holder for ASME Power Piping which includes boiler proper piping and boiler external piping. We are also a National Board authorized "R" stamp holder for repairs and alterations to boilers and pressure vessels. As members of the MCAA we have over 100 ASME qualified welding procedures available to us. Our quality control program is audited by Hartford Steam Boiler Insurance & Inspection Company.
Shelby Mechanical is a full service pipe fabrication facility; a union shop and laydown yard in compliance with the United Association Piping Fabrication Agreement carrying the UA Label.
